How are the magazines shipped?

The magazines are delivered by post to the address entered, or by courier if specified at the time of purchase, with related shipping costs. Check that you have entered your details correctly. In the event of an error, we will not be liable for non-delivery.

Does my subscription "auto-renew" itself?

No, in the last edition of your subscription (6th edition) you will find a notice of expiry and if you decide to make a new payment by the end of the two-month period, you will not lose any edition and will receive a small gift. If you do not make any payment, your subscription will be terminated.

How does it work for renewal?

Through the site, just log into your personal area in your account and click on “renewal” in the order history.

What happens if the magazine doesn't arrive?

Call +39 3883478793 or send an email to notifying failure to deliver and it will be managed by our operators.

Do you also deal with cross stitch?

No, except in a completely sporadic way.

Are there drawings and diagrams in the magazine?

Yes, the magazine reports the drawings in reduced format and diagrams. If something is missing it may be due to a question of space, so it will be provided in the “patterns” section of our site or the reason is due to copyright reasons.

In what months are the magazine released?

January, March, May, July, September, November.
